The services required under this contract are split into two distinct elements:
- Estimating - which includes a range of services associated with preparing capital cost, whole life cost and associated deliverables. This will also include work associated with value challenges of bidders' submitted target prices
- Cost Management - to include all activities associated with the cost management of specific projects including liaising with Commercial Management on contractor performance and with the project team over indirect and non-contracted costs using earned value.
