Accent is looking to let five regional contracts for pre-paint repairs and cyclical decoration works. The regions are North East, North West, Yorkshire, East and South. Contractors can express interest in up to two regions. The regions contain housing stock that is widespread and Tendering Contractors will be required to visit and price works at a number of locations.
