GB-Leeds: Yorkshire Housing - ITIL Service Management Software Solution

The objectives of the procurement are to identify an ITIL Service Management Software Solution that will:

• Support the delivery of the ITIL framework within the business.
• Provide a tool that will help support IT deliver on its Fit for the Future strategic commitments currently being formulated.
• Provide the opportunity to report business specific information to different business areas.
• Assist in the identification and analysis of the call types.
• Provide the data to proactively target, and lower, the number of calls providing improved efficiency to the operation of the wider business.
• The solution should also provide the mechanism to support a ‘small change process’.
• Provide a self service facility for users to register incidents and requests.
• Maintain and publish a Service Catalogue.
• Facilitate performance improvement and better management of the ICT Team.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
