description
This quote is for the provision of X86 servers to Hertfordshire Constabulary and
Cambridgeshire Constabulary. The initial requirement will be for 4 X86 servers to
Hertfordshire (potential for a further 4) and 1 X86 server for Cambridgeshire Constabulary. All servers will need to be delivered to the Police Headquarter sites for the respective Police Force and will not require installation.
All X86 servers will need to be provided with a warranty and a support agreement that provides 36 months worth of support at the 365 day a year 24/7 level of cover. Response times shall be 4 hours by telephone to all faults logged.
Time is of the essence on this project and the servers will need to be delivered to the Police Headquarters at the very latest by 27th November. Scoring will be attributed to how quickly a bidder can provide the servers once the order has been placed. It is the aim of the Constabularies to place the orders by 16th October 2015.
Evaluation criteria: 90% price, 10% delivery timescales
