16-056 Gordon Bennett Play Area Thurcroft Description: Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide Works that meet RMBC's current needs for Gordon Bennett Play Area Thurcroft. The works are located at insert address Gordon Bennett Play Area, Green Arbour Road, Thurcroft S66 9DD (Grid ref: 449506, 388770). The works are to include the removal of existing play area, supply and installation of new play equipment safety surfacing, fencing and seating including reinstatement of grassed areasn) The estimated value of the works is between £60,000 - £70,000 It is anticipated that the site works will take 6 weeks to complete. The following drawings for the scheme are uploaded to the YORtender system.
