Application For Preferred Provider Lists For The Provision Of Community Support And Specialist Residential And Nursing Services -9P3F-EE9FKX 2nd Window. Liverpool City Council wishes to commission Community Support Services and Specialist Residential and Nursing Services for the following client groups: · Complex Dementia (residential and nursing care only) · Complex needs - clients with multiple impairments, acquired brain injury (ABI), physical and sensory impairments (PDSI) · Learning Disability/Autism · Mental Health (including Dual Diagnosis) · Substance Misuse (including social care and physical health needs) The services are divided into eleven main Lists and each List is subdivided according to service type. Bidders can apply to be on one or more of the Lists and will be awarded an approved (Tier 2) or preferred (Tier 1) status. The Lists will be dynamic and so Tier One and Tier Two status will fluctuate over time. The Lists will be refreshed periodically to allow new applicants to apply. On the 29th September three Provider Forum events were held to share information concerning the Approved Lists and the development of the provision.
