Provision of services of a consultancy to support the Campaign and Alumni Relations Office in a project to transform the way it manages relationships with its audiences in order to maximise contribution over the long-term through donation, volunteering and advocacy.

The consultancy would be required to work collaboratively with the University's Campaign and Alumni Relations Office staff and use our considerable body of existing research, as well as conduct primary research as needed. The consultancy is responsible for working with the CARO team to uncover and increase understanding of the motivations and behaviours of our audiences that drive donation, volunteering and advocacy; developing a sustainable framework which identifies those with the greatest potential to give time and/or money; and working with the CARO team to jointly design audience journeys.
