SDC has a 10 year Sheltered Modernisation Project which seeks to improve the sheltered housing accommodation across the district. As part of this project, we are looking to breathe new life into the ex-warden properties which are no longer required following service delivery changes. We are seeking a contractor to convert the ex-warden property to flats for sheltered housing. Please refer to www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk
