Home Office Technology (HOT) were seeking a sole supplier to provide the provision of Tectia support renewal for a two (2) year term, acting on behalf of Her Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO) part of the Home Office (HO).
The support is integral for HOT's business critical software.
The Tectia support renewal is required to commence on 1st of August 2016 until 31st July 2018.
Suppliers were required to outline costs for the following Tectia support:
Tectia Connect Secure x 34 with Premium Support &
Tectia Server x6 with Premium Support.
