The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA)is seeking a partner for Standish House who can deliver a scheme which responds to the requirements setout in the Invitation to Tender. This opportunity includes minimum necessary enabling new build developmentto achieve beneficial use of the listing buildings. This enabling development was excluded from the previousopportunity
Additional information: The property extends to approximately 13 hectares (32 acres) and comprises of a former hospital. The HCA isseeking a partner for Standish House who can deliver a scheme which responds to the requirements set out in this Invitation to Tender.
The estimate value included in this opportunity provides for a range of disposal values for the property.

The estimated value at Section II.2.1 is a broad range of the gross development value for any use of the existingbuildings. This range is not an estimate of the purchase price.
The HCA's objective is to establish a development partner for Standish House and minimum enablingdevelopment as whole means that it would be impractical to divide the opportunity into lots.
