Traded Services Platform

To facilitate the management of its growing traded service offer to schools, Milton Keynes Council (MKC) is seeking responses from suppliers who can deliver an integrated online solution. The requirement is for a system that can deliver the functionality detailed below from day one.

In brief, the preferred package will offer:

• oAn MKC - branded information and marketing web presence for education-related traded services
• oA 'shop front' that promotes our traded services packages in an attractive manner
• oA logical and intuitive 'journey' to customers - with the ability to search, select, purchase, book onto, enquire about courses/services
• oTraining and development records for users
• oA course feedback/evaluation tool
• oComprehensive administrative and reporting functionality
• oThe ability to produce promotional material for courses and services
• oInvoicing management and financial reporting capability
• oAbility to provide personalised certificates
• oLinks to other sites (such as NGA Learning Link)
