GSV2051 - LIVE SUBTITLING

The Authority is looking for a supplier to provide live subtitling coverage of parliamentary proceedings. The Authority has subtitled a number of live events and habitually subtitles video on demand clips which are uploaded to social media platforms. The Authority wishes to begin subtitling of some video content published on parliamentlive.tv and ultimately to distribute the subtitles to third parties.

Tender submissions must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal; electronic responses submitted via e-mail are not acceptable. To access these documents select the tender reference GSV2051 in the 'current tenders' list, click on the 'view tender details' and express interest by clicking on the button provided. You will need to register your company details, thereafter you will be issued with a username and password.
