description
East Suffolk Council (the council, 'ESC') are looking to commission a report that sets out a new holistic approach for economically evaluating rural coastal communities, achieved by analysing and gathering new and current data. A new framework and methodology will be developed from this that incorporates Local place based economics as well as national accepted parameters. The new data set will be utilised to assess the Coastal Partnership East (CPE) frontages against climate change scenarios to allow CPE to assess economic impacts to inform adaptation and resilience measures for future management.
