Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Asbestos Removal Contractors to carry the licenced removal of Asbestos Insulating Board Panels Debris and Residues from the Roof Section and other areas at Roman Way First School Colts Lane Redditch Worcestershire B98 0LH Roman Way First School Redditch is a system build steel construction school with steelwork clad in AIB with an AIB and chrysotile woven firebreaks throughout the roof area.

The works will include but not limited to: Removal of ACM's, AIB's, Fire Curtains and other Asbestos items, Reinstatement of Fire Breaks at suitable identified points above the Suspended Ceiling Level once identified by a suitably qualified Fire Engineer.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to be complete phased over school holiday periods with all works being completed by 2nd June 2019.

The work will need to be scheduled over:

Three school holidays

Phase 1 - 15th Feb to 24th Feb 2019

Phase 2 - 12th April to 28th April 2019

Phase 3 - 24th May to 2nd June 2019

Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection. To arrange access to carry out this inspection contact Jim Cameron on 07834 333802.

The following dates have been reserved for site visits and must be pre-booked to be allowed access to the site no visits at any other time will be allowed:

Wednesday 9th January 2019 at 16:00hrs

Thursday 16th January 2019 at 16:00hrs
