description
Warwickshire County Council wish to commission a single provider to support Adoption Central England (ACE) to retain Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) certification. The provider must be a certified DDP consultant.
The commission will be for the following services:
- oProviding DDP clinical supervision to the ACE Therapeutic Team (and ACE Clinical Psychologist) who will exclusively be delivering therapeutic interventions with DPP being a key strand of their work.
- oTo embed DDP practice by offering individual guidance/consultation and group supervision to staff and the professional network around the child.
- oOffering 'refresher' learning opportunities on the key DDP principles and how to embed these in practice.
- oTo support ACE to retain it certification status by commenting on the evidence based portfolio and the work of the service.
- oSupporting ACE in raising awareness and delivering DDP informed information across the adoption and wider Children's Services sector.
- oProviding support and guidance to the ACE management group in reflecting on systemic and service issues that impact upon its commitment to truly embed DDP informed approaches towards both service users and staff members.
