City of York Council is looking to award a Grant for the delivery of one to one mentoring sessions. The supplier must have evidence of providing quality mentoring projects and demonstrate effective matching of suitable mentors to young people. The delivery partner will provide positive mentors for young people aged 11 to 18 years old (up to the 19th birthday).
