Works will include the installation of new extract fans to existing domestic dwellings, approximately 120 no. properties. Works will include all necessary testing, wiring, builders works, making good, paperwork and all other works deemed necessary to meet the requirements of N.I.C.E.I.C and approved electrical guidance. The contractor shall also be responsible for arranging access and the like.
