This framework has been established by the Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) for digital web services including web design, web software development, website management and maintenance and web hosting. This is a sole supplier framework and as such the successful supplier will be required to provide a range of web services which will enable NECA and the North East LEP to effectively deliver a number of solutions and services to the North East business community. Services will be called-off the framework as and when required and therefore there is no guarantee or commitment of any work to be undertaken.
