This information is requested as part of a soft market testing exercise from community and or voluntary organizations to provide mobile outreach services within Portsmouth's night time economy areas on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year and on some other nights where possible.
The authority is seeking the market's views on the provision of a model of delivery that works closely with partner agencies to inform them of anything of concern, including the Police, CCTV, Pubs & Clubs and South Central Ambulance Service, the capacity of the market to supply these services, and the level of interest in this proposed procurement activity.
We are interested in receiving your indicative outline solution to:
Providing a mobile outreach service within Portsmouth's night time economy areas on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year. In addition some other nights where possible;
Providing appropriately trained volunteers who undertake these patrols;
Work closely with partner agencies to inform them of anything of concern, including the Police, CCTV, Pubs & Clubs and South Central Ambulance Service;
Recruit and train a volunteer workforce to undertake the aforementioned duties;
Report quarterly on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); and
Provide a brief summary report that will accompany the KPIs detailing positive developments in the quarter and any barriers / challenges.
