Torbay Council is exploring the opportunity of contracting with a provider, or group of providers, to deliver the Multiply programme across Torbay. The Council welcomes collaboration between organisations to deliver the interventions in partnership, but the council will ultimately contract with a legal entity or lead organisation to deliver the contract.
