LBH Housebuilding Programme - Orchard Road, Everglades, Rose Gardens and Clements Court

The project is known as the London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) Infill Sites Programme.

The four infill site projects form part of Hounslow's '5000 Pledge'. The Council has pledged to secure an additional 5,000 new affordable homes by 2022. Of these, 3,000 Council and Housing Association homes will be for rent, and 2,000 for shared ownership and other Council housing. The Council has also pledged to crack down on rogue landlords and support residents to buy their first home.

The Works as outlined within the Employer's Requirements are located at the following sites and include the works as described:

1. Orchard Road:

Site address: Land at Orchard Road and Windmill Road, Brentford, TW8 0PW Erection of Five two-storey sustainable family affordable houses on an existing car park site designed to achieve LETI standards with associated landscaping, cycle storage, refuse and recycling storage.

2. The Everglades:

Site address: The Everglades and land to the rear of 1-27 Pears Road, Inwood Avenue, Hounslow, TW3 1XF

Demolition of the 1960's Everglades building and garages, and erection of three buildings (2 infill block and 1 new block) comprising 33 residential units, associated access, parking, landscaping and associated structures.

3. Clements Court:

Site address: Clements Court, 1 Clements Court, Green Lane, Hounslow TW4 6EB Construction of 74 residential units within 4 blocks along with associated access, parking and landscaping within the grounds of the existing 1970's housing estate.

4. Rose Gardens:

Site address: Rose Gardens, Feltham. TW13 4JG

Demolition of two existing buildings within Rose Gardens Estate and erection of three buildings comprising 42 residential units along with associated parking, open space, public realm improvements, cycle storage and refuse and recycling storage.
