HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a new contract for PICC Lines, Mid Lines, Central Lines and Related Packs

HealthTrust Europe intends to award a dual (no more than two suppliers) or multi-source (up to 4 suppliers only) contract for a minimum of two years with an option to extend for a further one + one years. Confirmation of the correct sourcing strategy (dual/multi-source) will be confirmed prior to SQ and ITT stage of this procurement exercise.

Suppliers who respond to this PIN Notice and express their interest in this procurement, are advised to keep the following dates open for a "Supplier Day" where Suppliers can demonstrate the range of products they have available to inform clinicians and be advised of the relevant stages of this procurement exercise. Please keep the 29th and 30th October 2018 free.

The purpose of this PIN Notice is for prior information only. Publication for a further call for competition will be made as required. To assist in the strategic direction of this procurement and enable the best solution to be delivered, HealthTrust Europe is seeking supplier engagement. Please send your expression of interest to claude.lewis@htepg.com. The deadline for expressions of interest for the supplier engagement event will be Friday 14th October 2018. The supplier engagement day will take the form of supplier meetings/conference calls and are expected to be held from Monday 29th October to Tuesday 30th October 2018. A full schedule of appointments will be provided nearer the time. The likely venue where the supplier engagement day will be held is: HealthTrust Europe, 19 George Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1NU. Supplier Engagement will be carried out in accordance with Regulations 40 & 41 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
