Market Warming Event – Follow Up

NHS Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) host NHS Continuing Healthcare on behalf of 6 Surrey CCGs. Surrey Continuing Healthcare are seeking to contract with suitably qualified provider(s) for the provision of the Continuing Healthcare Placements of Fast Track Clients for the patient populations of Surrey.

Further to the Market warming event held on 5 May 2016 and completion of a subsequent Request for Information process, commissioners are holding a second, follow up market warming event on Wednesday 20 July 2016. The venue is CCG HQ, Cedar Court, Guildford Road, Leatherhead, KT22 9RX, to explore further issues, to inform the specification and Tender evaluation criteria. The session is scheduled between 15:30 and 17:30 hours. The focus will be the provision of an opportunity for a two way discussion, led by the CCG.

Organisations who wish to attend the market warming event must be registered on the South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS) eTendering Portal “In-tend”. If you are not already a registered supplier on our portal, you must sign up (free of charge) on In-Tend using the following guide.

1. Browse to the SoEPS Commissioning Support portal – https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning
2. Click the “Register” link on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Enter your correct business and user details.
4. Note the email address chosen and Click “Register My Company” when complete.
5. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure).
6. Login to the portal with the username/password.
7. You will be prompted to change your password on first login.
