description
Barnardo's is looking to commission Provider(s) to evaluate its two Care Journey Core Priority Programme Strategic Partnerships' work. The aim of these strategic partnerships are, broadly, to co-create transformational changes to care journeys using a 'service design approach' so that children and young people who have care experience are as or more likely to be in a 'positive destination' (employment, education, training, volunteering, other) by the age of 19-21.
Barnardo's is also looking to commission Provider(s) for its three Mental Health and Wellbeing Core Priority Programme Strategic Research Partnerships' work in Renfrewshire, North Tyneside and Northern Ireland. The aims of these strategic partnerships are to facilitate systems change around Mental Health and Wellbeing, and support the development of new innovative ways of working, so that children and young people have improved mental health and wellbeing outcomes and the demand on secondary mental health service provision is reduced
