Provision of Neurophysiology Testing, Reporting, Training & Education Services

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of the provision of Neurophysiology Tests, Education and Training services. This ITT Section A contains further information about the procurement process.

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is seeking supplier/s to conduct both clinical and non-clinical services to the Clinical Neurophysiology department at Nottingham University Hospitals, NHS Trust. These services will provide additional capacity, competence and expertise which will contribute to the provision of quality Neurophysiological tests and reporting in a timely manner.

In addition, the successful bidder/s will provide the development, training and support to the Trusts Clinical Scientists which will enable them to become Consultant Clinical Scientists.

In order to maximise market participation the Authority have chosen to split this Contract into three Lots:

Lot 1: Intraoperative Spinal Cord Monitoring services (IOM)

Lot 2: Reporting of EEG, Sleep Studies and Provision of Education, Training and Support Pertaining to Studies

Lot 3: Electromyography (EMG), Complex Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and associated training and education.

Bidders are encouraged to tender for one or all of the Lots if they have capacity and capability.
