The Council is looking for a contractor to provide a new and innovative Christmas lighting scheme which is technically up to date

The scheme should be able to be varied, year on year, to ensure that the scheme remains fresh, vibrant and reflects the latest styles

The contract should include the following:

-	Provision of an innovative and creative festive lighting scheme
-	Strip out (and recycle where possible) existing tree light strands and infrastructure from designated trees/lighting columns that remain from previous schemes
-	Hire and supply of all lights
-	Perform stress tests on infrastructure connections
-	Undertake testing on all lights
-	Installation of all hired goods and connections
-	Checking of all hired goods and connections to ensure they work upon install
-	Undertake repairs and / or replacement of all lighting
-	Dismantling and removal of all hired goods and connections at the end of each festive period
-	Provision of storage of all hired goods and equipment between each year for the scheme's contracted duration
-	Ownership of any goods or equipment that the Council is in possession of at the commencement of this contract
