De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of:

15. The Newarke, Leicester LE2 7BY

The works consist of the refurbishment of No. 15 The Newarke, Leicester and include the replacement of kitchen units, the construction of a new downstairs toilet and ensuite bathrooms to bedrooms, the re-wiring of the house, the replacement of the boiler and refurbishment of the heating system, replacement of floor coverings and the full redecoration of all floors.

The Building will not be occupied during the course of the works but there is likely to be occupation of the adjoining property. Careful coordination will be required for noisy / disruptive works and access should be maintained at all times to the adjacent property, front and rear. The contractor should factor this into their delivery of the project.

The Contractor is to visit site prior to tendering to ascertain the nature of all works required, and raise any queries with the CA during the tender period. The contract will be based on JCT Minor Works 2016
