Window Cleaning Services - AWARD

The provision of Window Cleaning Services Specification of Requirements can be located within the Statement of Requirements detailed in the documents on In-tend.

The Framework will be awarded under three Lots, across three regions covering the geographical regions of NEUPC member institutions.

The regional lots will be divided as follows:-

Lot A - North East Lot B - Yorkshire and Humberside Lot C - Midlands

Organisations may tender for one or all of the available regional lots. Award to any one lot will not guarantee award to any other lot. It is envisaged that there will be between a maximum of five awarded suppliers per available lot.

NEUPC makes no guarantee regarding the total number of companies that shall be awarded to each or any lot, as this will depend on the number and quality of tendered responses.

The contract values stated in this notice are derived by a calculation, which can be located in the tender documentation

NEUPC cannot guarantee that these contract values will be met or exceeded.

This Framework Agreement may be used by any member of the participating consortia. The list of participating consortia (and their respective memberships by following the relevant links) are:

Membership of the consortia may be subject to change due to strategic realignment or the inclusion of new members.

Call-off contracts from this framework will be by direct award or further competition

The tender process will be conducted exclusively through the NEUPC In-Tend electronic tendering web portal:(https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/neupc) upon which potential suppliers will need to register in order to access the documentation.
