description

We are looking for a suitably experienced contractor(s) with expert knowledge of outcome monitoring, impact evaluation and the Commission's legal powers (including Equality Act 2006, Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998) to help the Commission to better evaluate and understand the impact of its legal work going forward.

The work will deliver impact evaluations of several cases/case studies, covering four of the Commission's powers as well as early enforcement. This will involve defining success and evaluating short term outcomes, such as results from judgements, as well as medium and longer term outcomes such as broader changes in policy and practice as a result of Commission intervention.
