Swindon Landscape Study for the Swindon Borough Council new local plan

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a Landscape Study of the Swindon Borough Council Local Plan.

Project description

The primary aim of this commission is to produce a robust and up to date Landscape Study for the new Swindon Local Plan, which incorporates

⬢ Part 1: Swindon Borough Landscape Character Assessment

⬢ Part 2: Swindon Borough Landscape Sensitivity Assessment for proposed housing and employment sites

⬢ Part 3: Swindon Borough Landscape Sensitivity Assessment- for renewable energy technologies

The initial contract term will be for 6 months.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. RFQ/Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 3rd October, 12:00 Noon UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.

RFQ/Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 18th October 2024, 14:00hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/
