Rate of Pay: Band D SCP 9 ?10.54 per hour PAYE (for limited rate candidates, please let us know their rate of pay when uploading their CV).

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Work Pattern:

Week 1 Monday to Thursday - Flexible hours to be worked between 6.30am - 2.00pm 1:30pm on Friday

Week 2 Monday to Thursday - Flexible Hours to be worked between 1.30pm -9.00pm 8:30 pm on Friday

There may also be a requirement to work additional weekend hours on an ad hoc basis

Location: Based at Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury but may be located around the Sandwell borough

Start Date: ASAP

Brief description:

Working with the Facilities Management team to provide a premise management support service across the office accommodation portfolio, to ensure a safe and operational environment for all staff and public using the establishments which consist of offices, Town Halls and public space The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:

• oPrevious experience working in facilities / estates management and building supervisor role
• oKnowledge of Premise Management requirements in respect of Health & Safety, Security systems and alarm proto calls
• oExperience, Knowledge and ability to carry out a range of building maintenance and DIY tasks
• oAbility to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working alone or as part of team
• oExcellent communication skills.
• oExcellent interpersonal skills
• oHigh personal standards.
• oExcellent attendance record.
• oAbility to work flexible hours
