The aim of this procurement is for the provision of a Framework of Providers to deliver Community Eating Disorder Service Training for Health Education England (HEE).

HEE wishes to procure a framework of high quality training providers capable of delivering this training programme to CEDS within one, some or all of the regions below.

The four regions are:

London
Midlands and East – West Midlands, North Midlands, Central Midlands and East
North – Yorkshire and the Humber, North West England, North East England
South - Penzance to Margate (South West, South Central, South East Coast)

The numbers of CEDS in each region, mostly commissioned in collaboration by a number of CCGs are:

HEE is looking for training providers capable of delivering robust, creative and flexible solutions to the challenge of delivering an intensive and demanding curriculum to a large, diverse and geographically spread workforce. HEE is also looking for providers to offer ways of delivering this curriculum in the most engaging way for participants, involving children and young people and parents and carers as “experts by experience” as appropriate to ensure an effective learning experience. Successful bidders will have a strong track record in such approaches.

The length of the contract will be for the period of time necessary to complete the number of training courses required.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Friday 26th August 2016 at 12:00pm (midday), via the e-portal. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the In-tend E-Tendering portal.
