description
Proposed modernisation and alteration works to the lifeguard station include the following:
- Install new sliding double doors to replace existing window.
- Remove existing internal staircase and reinstate roof.
- Install new galvanised external staircase as shown on accompanying plans.
- Install new Alwitra type roof covering over the entire roof.
- Install new safety railings to match existing in the position shown on accompanying plans.
- Decorate inside and out.
- Lay new floorcovering as required.
