Gas Servicing & Heating Installations

Management of the Councils social housing stock is delegated to East Kent Housing Ltd (EKH) an arms length management organisation (ALMO) set up and owned by Canterbury City Council, Dover, Thanet & Shepway District Councils to manage their respective social housing services. The successful contractor will work directly to and with East Kent Housing in the delivery of the contract. Dover District Council (and on behalf of Canterbury City Council & Thanet District Council) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of gas servicing and heating installations.

Note that in order to successfully submit your interest you will first need to register for an account on the portal. After registration is complete and you've received your login details you should return to the advert for the opportunity and express your interest.

You will then receive an email giving you a link to the documentation provided and be able to access the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ is required to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 on Friday 5th August 2016.

Following the evaluation of the PQQ's the shortlisted contractors will be invited to tender.
