Inward Investment Function

The West London Alliance (WLA) group of councils is looking to procure a world-class provider of inward investment services with a proven track record of successfully promoting local areas as inward investment, trade and international relocation opportunities. The successful bidder will be ready to act as a strategic partner to the WLA. They will take proactive steps to understand the sub-regional inward investment landscape, network with the most relevant organisations and government departments, and creatively find ways to put the sub-region on the UK and international map. Please note that the successful bidder will be experienced at raising private sponsorship, resulting in a financially sustainable service that delivers the defined set out outputs and outcomes set out in the brief. As part of their response, bidders are asked to provide a \"zero cost option\" for providing the service that would not rely on public funds and set out what this would means in terms of delivery timescales. If public funds were required to establish the service and take it to delivery, bidders are asked to set out how much would be required. Invitation to quote period from the 11th of May 2017 to 11th of June 2017 and submissions will not be accepted after the 11th of June 2017. The clarification period for providers is open from the 20th of April 2017 to the 10th of May 2017.
