WCC - Reprocessing of paint from HWRCs 2016

Reprocessing of paint from Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres.

Additional information: These requirements cover the container provision, collection and reprocessing of Paint Waste from Warwickshire County Council (WCC) Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). Currently paint is collected at 3 HWRCs in Warwickshire.

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process. Providers must register with the system (if they haven’t previously done so) in order to be able to express an interest in the project and download documents. Registration and use of CSW-JETS is free. The web address for CSW-JETS is www.csw-jets.co.uk

Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.

Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 20th July, 12 noon.

Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) no later than Friday 1st August, 12 noon.
