The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractors, for Building Services Project within the British Embassy Compound, Kathmandu, Nepal.
| (1) | Enabling works for the larger project due to commence in January 2017. These include:- |
| o | Relocation of the emergency store containers and associated enabling works |
| o | Relocation of the satellite dish and associated enabling works |
| (2) | Re-modelling of existing compound buildings for future use as residential dwellings. This includes:- |
| o | Seismic strengthening and refitting of 2nr existing single storey houses |
| o | Seismic strengthening and refitting of 1nr single storey social space |
| o | Remodel of 1nr existing small dwelling |
| o | Remodel of 1nr social space to provide 1nr 3-bed residential unit |
