description

The deadline for submitting a response is 1700 hours on 13 December, 2019.

West Suffolk Council invites expressions of interest from experienced IT software suppliers for the supply of a new tree data base and management system.

The former council's of St Edmundsbury BC and Forest Heath DC, which merged to create West Suffolk Council in April 2019 both ran a version of Arbortrack. In 2016, with the merger of service delivery by a single management team, the two Arbortrack systems were combined and updated.

As part of any future update/supply of a replacement system we will expect that the data on the current system will be transferred onto the new system

At this point in time we are not looking to formally tender any services but are canvassing for expressions of interest from the software industry to obtain a better understanding of the market and how best to package any future offer.

The Council are keen to understand through this Early Market Engagement what the market could offer and how best to package any future contracts, it should be noted that at this point in time the Council are not looking to formally tender. The Council Expects to make informed decision on our procurement routes through this market engagement exercise.

Further details can be found in the 'My Tenders' area of this website, by selecting the 'View Details' button for this project.

Clarification questions must be generated via the correspondence option on the website
