Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market with the view of appointing a contractor(s) to undertake the repair works for 3 separate Lots at D Block, Sandown Industrial Park.
The works consist of 3 Lots:
Lot 1 - Unit D7 Internal Works Lot 2 - Unit D 4 Internal Works Lot 3 - Unit D2-D7 Roofing Works
Bidders may submit tenders for individual Lots or for all three.
