Transformation Projects - Health Education England (London & South East)

NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision to support Transformation Projects for Mental Health, Pharmacy Support and Technology Enhanced Learning

Health Education England (HEE) are inviting organisations, partnerships, and systems across the region to put forward bids for the associated Lot to support and deliver the initial launch of a specific project or programme of work, scale and spread of an already established project or programme of work and a robust evaluation of a current project or programme of work.

This provision consists of three (3) Lots and Health Education England has the capacity to support a maximum of up to two (2) projects within each associated Lot where bidders can bid for either or all Lots.

Lot 1 - Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities and Autism

Lot 2 - Developing the Pharmacy Technicians & Support Staff Workforce

Lot 3 - Technology Enhanced Learning

The contract period will be for one (1) year, with no available option to extend and the maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £160,000 inclusive of Vat split between the associated Lots.

Lot 1 - Up to £60,000 Inclusive VAT Lot 2 - Up to £50,000 Inclusive VAT Lot 3 - Up to £50,000 Inclusive VAT

The deadline for submission of completed ITT has been extended to the 7th January 2022 at 12:00pm (midday).

Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise.

The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
