Requirements:
We are seeking a Business Personal and Communications training package, delivering and developing a series of off the shelf and bespoke training over a 2 year period to our workforce. The programme should include the following key elements;
| • | Business training programmes i.e. Report Writing Skills, Business Writing Skills |
| • | Bespoke training packages aligned to the business need and requirements i.e. Introduction to Supervision for Specific Departments |
| • | Design and development of tailored digital learning for speciality specific training packages in conjunction with subject matter experts within the Trust |
| • | Off the shelf training and development of bespoke training with regards to soft skills training i.e. communications |
| • | IT Training (Microsoft Packages) including technical IT training (SQL, Visual Studio, Sharepoint) |
| • | Project Management training |
