This is an opportunity to apply to be part of the School Improvement Advisor Service. With successful primary headship and possibly Local Authority experience behind you, we are seeking people who have the capacity to be school improvement advisers working directly with schools or providing training and support.
This is a key post in Lambeth Council's drive for continuous improvement for all Lambeth children and young people At this senior level, you will need:
| • | A proven track record of school improvement |
| • | An excellent understanding of the context in which schools work and strategies to overcome underachievement |
| • | Existing accreditation as an Ofsted Inspector or significant school improvement experience Excellent communication skills |
| • | Ability to demonstrate impact on schools standards through your work |

Successful candidates will be expected to have Standard/Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS and the required insurances and indemnities.
Please note there will be a set fee of £500 per day.
Each Associate Adviser is responsible for their own IR35 arrangements
