description
Incommunities is seeking a modern, easy to use and easy to administer Learning Management Platform to host, support and promote online Learning; we also seek a range of eLearning Modules, Dynamic Reporting and associated support.
We are currently deploying a new HR system (Midland HR’s iTrent) and need to understand what opportunities exist for data to be integrated across platforms and how we can keep records consistent between the e-learning system and iTrent.
The purpose of the LMS is to drive a new learning culture which maximises the potential of eLearning and other online resources to balance essential learning with a menu of learning opportunities. As part of the Solution, we require access to a catalogue of e-Learning modules that can be tailored to meet our specific needs as required.
The Solution is expected to be in place for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend for a further period of two years, reviewed annually; this will take the term up to a maximum of 5 years depending on the performance against contract and budget available. It is expected that the number of Current Users will be in the region of 1100 to 1500 per annum.
