East City and Framingham Earl Children's Centre

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for provision of a Sure Start Children's Centre service in accordance with the ITT and service specification, together with the documents making up the contract.

The East City and Framingham Earl Children's Centre covers the areas of Lakenham, Tuckswood, Brooke, Poringland, Rockland St Mary, Stoke Holy Cross, Surlingham, Framingham Earl and Trowse. The centre is situated adjacent the site of the Edith Cavell Academy school and also contains a nursery. Norfolk County Council has continued to invest in its Children’s Centres and sees them as crucial in supporting the strategy for Early Help. We are looking for a provider who shares our vision for the families of Norfolk.
