description
Briefly, the proposed works are to demolish all buildings identified in this tender. The subject buildings will be demolished in their entirety and all foundations etc. grubbed out. Where there are existing hardstanding's they are also proposed to be removed, crushed to a suitable grade and used on the site for grading/backfilling purposes. Where there is existing trees and vegetation they are also to be removed and disposed off site. Asbestos is contained in all the buildings and must be removed in its entirety before demolition begins. Please refer to the asbestos refurbishment and demolition survey found in the Tender Pack.
