GB-Nottingham: TS17/06

This contract is for the annual servicing and maintenance of laundry equipment located in various sheltered schemes managed by Ashfield District Council. The quantities for repairs contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only and do not relate to any specific location. All quantities for maintenance/repairs are based on those that are likely to be completed within the contract period i.e. 1 year. The itemised list of schemes/equipment stated in the Schedule of Rates will require servicing on an annual basis.

The repair works shall be on an as and when required basis by Ashfield District Council, as they are identified through the various repair reporting mechanisms. The Contractor will therefore be expected to complete the works in accordance with the specification and priced schedule contained within this document.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
