Services include the following:
- Developing the Procurement and Contract Strategy;
- Preparing for market;
- Developing the Trust's Outline Business Case (OBC);
- Advising on the procurement of the Design Team, Construction Contractor and wider professional team;
- Advising on the suite of contractual documents for the development of the new Hospital;
- Advising on procurement strategy for ongoing hard and soft facilities management (FM) and lifecycle;
- Advising on equipment procurement strategy; and
- Property and planning matters (ad-hoc support requirements).
