Providers delivering support, domiciliary care, housing related support and Voluntary services supporting people in the community or their own homes are invited to a Workshop for Care and Support in Extra Care Housing Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and Torbay Council are working together to commission a new care and support service within Extra Care Housing to start in 2016. Please join us on Wednesday 18th November from 9.30AM to 12.00PM to develop our vision of an outcomes focussed, re-abling and holistic model to deliver care and support.
