The engagement of a principle contractor to undertake jetting, cleaning, CCTV survey and production of a report into the condition of all site foul and surface water drainage system
above and below ground (Phase 1). Phase 2 (Repair and remedial works) shall follow thereafter subject to the
findings of the report based upon an agreed schedule of rates.
