We are seeking the services of an experienced and professional travel company to assist in managing our travel and accommodation requirements. Currently, most localised travel and accommodation is booked online by a team of highly capable in house administrative staff. We anticipate that routine travel and accommodation will still be handled this way.
For travel of a more complex nature - this will include short notice, long distance destinations, multiple destinations or and ticket on departure journeys - we are seeking the services of an experienced and professional travel company to assist in managing our requirements, we expect enquiries to be answered within a maximum of two hour response time. Attached as Appendix 2 is a summary extract from of CPI's Travel policy
